iPSCU provides custom iPSC reprogramming for research groups, biotechnology companies, and other organizations that need new induced pluripotent stem cell lines generated from client-provided material.

PBMCs are a standard starting material for our reprogramming workflow. Each project is scoped around the source material, intended downstream use, desired characterization, and the number of clones or vials required.

For a standard one-sample PBMC project, the service is straightforward: we establish three independent iPSC clones, expand and cryopreserve each clone, complete the defined baseline QC, and provide three vials per clone.

Starting Material

PBMC Reprogramming Is a Standard Service

Patient- or donor-derived PBMC samples can be used to establish clonal iPSC lines for disease modeling, discovery research, gene editing, differentiation, assay development, and other downstream research applications.

If your project begins with a different somatic cell source, contact us with the sample type and project goals. We can review feasibility and define an appropriate scope before quoting the work.
